Meet Our Team

Glenn graduated from Newberry College in May 1964 with a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting. Glenn joined the firm in 1964. He completed the CPA examination requirements and was granted licensing from the State of South Carolina in 1974. Glenn became a partner of the firm in 1975. In 2001, Glenn obtained his designation as a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning (CSEP) from the National Institute for Excellence in Professional Education.
In addition to preparing business and individual tax returns, Glenn works closely with businesses to ensure proper compliance with state and federal tax agencies. He also specializes in estate tax planning. Glenn maintains membership with the following organizations:

Glenn resides in Mount Pleasant with his wife, Gail. They have three children and five grandchildren. He attends Christ Church.

Mobile: (843) 530-3414Tyler is a CPA in public practice and partner with Riser Gibbons & Carpenter LLP CPAs. He attended the University of South Carolina where he received a B.S. in Criminology and Criminal Justice; he later completed his study in Accountancy at the College of Charleston.
Tyler specializes in the field of financial forensics and provides support on active financial fraud investigations. He works closely with businesses to provide guidance on tax reporting issues as they relate to Federal and State compliance; as well as creating and implementing accounting systems and technology. Mr. Gibbons’ specialized assignments have included:

Search for asset analysis in divorce disputes
Reconstruction of accounting records
Tyler is a Charleston native and resides in Mount Pleasant with his wife, Lacey and their four children Leighton, Logan, Mikelyn and Taylor.
